meet the team

our approach

United by a childhood bond and an unwavering commitment to their four-legged companions, Beau and Alayna transformed their dream into a thriving business. From riding lessons to specialized equine care services, their venture not only celebrated the profound connection between humans and horses but also reflected the enduring strength of a friendship that began in the simplicity of childhood and flourished into a prosperous partnership.

Beau Guimond

Beau learned his fundamentals of riding and horsemanship in Pony Club, where he was introduced to the sport of eventing. Beau started his professional training with Olympic Eventing Rider, Boyd Martin.  He worked with Boyd and his amazing team, including super groom Lindsey Taylor, four star rider Caitlin Siliman and Grand Prix Dressage rider Silva Martin. During this time, he learned and sharpened his riding and horsemanship skills. While working with Boyd, Beau learned a lot regarding working with young and difficult horses, while still being competitive at the upper levels with his personal horses.

Since then, Beau has been successful in training, competing and selling horses of all kinds. Finding the right match between horse and rider is his primary goal. Beau has been fortunate to work with riders such as Phillip Dutton, Jennie Brannigan, Mara DePuy, Sarah Cousins, Stephen Bradley, Silva Martin, and David O’Connor.

Beau and Alayna have shared a passion for horses since childhood. Since 2018, Beau and Alayna have worked tirelessly to establish an ever-burgeoning, multi-faceted facility.

Alayna Pastuck

Alayna’s love for horses began at an early age, taking her first riding lesson at just two years old. By eight she started riding at Bowcrest Farms in Hummelstown, PA under the instruction of Cheryl Keller. As Alayna’s interest grew Cheryl introduced her to Pony Club and also the sport of eventing. Not owning her own horse, Cheryl generously provided horses and lessons in exchange for help around the farm. During this time Alayna reached her C-3 USPC certification, and evented up to Training level.

In the fall of 2010 Alayna would pursue an exciting opportunity as a working student for Olympic Eventer Darren Chiacchia. Over the next three years she would gain a wealth of knowledge and experience while playing various roles in the business as she traveled between Darren’s two bases in Ocala, FL and Springville, NY. Alayna was offered plenty of riding opportunities and actively competed clients horses with the USEA, USDF, and USEF. In just three short years Alayna competed up to the Intermediate/CCI** level, 1.20m jumpers, and earned qualifying scores up to 3rd level to earn her USDF Bronze medal. Darren was also an active breeder, standing two Trakehner stallions and breeding several of his own mares each year, which gave Alayna valuable experience in all aspects of the breeding world.

Over the years since branching out on her own Alayna has spent her time developing a small training, sales and lesson program as well as begin her journey as a breeder.

In 2016 a unique opportunity would present itself to begin working for Crane Thoroughbreds, a Thoroughbred breaking and sales business. There she learned how to gallop, gate train, breeze, and work the Thoroughbred sales. Her time spent learning a new angle of the thoroughbred world would bring a vast amount of skills and experience for her to apply to her own business.

In May of 2018 Beau and Alayna relocated to Dillsburg, PA together they combine years of experience to share with their clients and students.
